In the first place, Director Wang Yinchai delivered a work report in which she summarized the work in September, assigned and arranged the exchange study and work tasks in October, giving assignments for Senior Three. Moreover, it’s hoped that the teachers with the International Department would participate in exchange learning, master advanced educational concepts and innovative teaching methods, and strive to provide students with diversified learning perspectives and all-round guidance, so as to help students thrive on the road of international education.

In the second place, Principal Hu Qilin delivered a keynote speech in which he made three suggestions to the teachers present. Initially, it’s hoped that the teachers of the International Department should learn from the teaching experience of the textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education, take the initiative to collect various teaching resources, and study the rules of foreign examinations; Additionally, teaching and research activities should not be limited to the International Department. Instead, teaching and research should be interdisciplinary and cross-grade. Also, teachers are supposed to communicate with their counterparts from other schools. Last but not the least, Principal Hu Qilin praised the teachers for their dedication. Meanwhile, in view of the characteristics of students with the International Department, Principal Hu Qilin hoped that teachers would put more effort into inspiring drive in students.
